Initial Consultation
Prior to your visit I send out a client registration and food diary form. This can be sent back before your visit and gives me time to research any medication/check supplements.
Your first appointment will take an hour and a half, and this gives us plenty of time to discuss any health concerns and develop your health goals. A health plan will be created for you which can be presented in person, over phone or email within a week.
For some client’s further laboratory testing may also be recommended.
Types of testing may include:
- Hair Allergy
- Organic Acids Test (assesses metabolic pathways)
- DUTCH (Sex hormones and/or Adrenals)
- Hair toxic and essential elements analysis
- Pathology testing – specific blood or urine
Follow Up Appointment
This is usually 4 weeks after our initial visit but can be earlier if requested.
The follow up appointment usually takes 30 minutes and we can discuss how you have been progressing and if we need to make changes to your treatment plan.
